About Art the Orange County Wedding DJ

I am a seasoned entertainer who began my music career as a drummer in various rock bands at the tender age of 15 and continued playing music until my mid 30’s. During that time, I added wedding photography to my list of skills as the owner of Art Zippel Photography in Santa Ana, California. In the early 90’s, I branched out as a relationship seminar host. I returned to the music scene in the late 90’s and transferred all of my experiences into being one of Orange County's most in-demand wedding dj's.
I am known for my enthusiasm, flexibility and my ability to create an atmosphere of fun and energy.
Art and Isabel, We want to thank you for helping make our wedding so great. It couldn’t of been any better; it was exactly what we wanted and so much more. You guys blew us away, everything was perfect your equipment sounded so good. So many people at the wedding comented on the way you were so personal with everything and made the night so fun. Everyone is still talking about the Humpty dance song the our friend sang. We were both so impressed with all the extra effort you guys put in. The song selection was awesome and fit perfect. For weddings, I work with my wife Isabel to ensure that you will have all the attention you desire on your wedding day. Toghether, Isabel and I will keep your reception moving smoothly and stress-free. Afterall, your guests shouldn't be the only ones having fun at your wedding reception.
I do not sub-contract my events to other wedding dj's; when you hire Art and Isabel, you get Art and Isabel.
I work off a laptop connected to a music library of 24,000+ songs. I am able to take a request, type it in to my database and play the song usually within 15 seconds. In fact, at car shows, I am known for the game of “Stump the DJ” where participants are encouraged to request a song and to try to “stump” the DJ.
I see my main role in your wedding reception as making sure that you get what you have always wanted for your wedding reception entertainment. I have many years of being one of the best Orange County wedding DJs because I am soley focused on making sure you get everything you have always wanted at your wedding reception.
Let me say that for me, it is all about keeping the two of you in the spotlight and providing the best wedding music available while being engaging and interactive with your guests. I care very much about working with you to create the perfect wedding playlist with all of your favorite wedding songs. I believe that by listening to what you want, I can provide you with the best wedding services in Orange County. I look forward to turning all your wedding dreams into those cherished memories of a wedding reception that was truly everything and more that you had ever hoped for.
I really do understand several very important concepts:
One, if I listen to what you want, things will go better.
Two, you expect me to make some suggestions based on my years of experience.

From the very beginning, Art did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable with the services he provides. He took time to explain what he could offer us, and in each phase of planning, ensured that the direction we were moving in was consistent with our vision for the day. Throughout the day, Art was amazing. He set the tempo and mood for everything from calm, reflective pre-ceremony music, to pumping party hits at the reception so everyone could enjoy dancing. We would definitely recommend Art to anyone who needs a professional DJ, but is not sure who to go with. Thanks, Art for making our wedding day such a brilliant success. ------------

Thank you so much for making our wedding celebration a day to remember. We have been to weddings before were the DJ was not memorable and we have to say YOU were awesome. We have people still calling us today telling us that the wedding was the best they ever been to, and that our DJ was the best they have ever heard at any wedding. You are wonderful at what you do and you were so easy and laidback to work with that with all the other plans that go into a wedding, working with you was a breeze. We know that there was a lot of specific songs that we wanted to be played and we are so appreciative for you finding the unusually ones that we requested.
